Nail Repairs:
A free nail repair will be offered if a photo of the damaged nail is sent to me within 7 days of the nail treatment. After this, there will be a charge per nail. Please note, that Vinylux should last a maximum of 7 days, Shellac up to 14 days and Plexigel up to 21 days – any repairs after this will be charged as a full set.
Cancellation:
All appointments are subject to our cancellation policy – and will only be waived at the discretion of Ellis Beauty.
* Appointments cancelled within 48hrs before will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost.
* Appointments cancelled within 24hrs will incur a cancellation fee of 75% of the treatment cost.
* Non attendance with no cancellation will incur a 100% cancellation fee and future appointments will require full payment upon booking.
